Technical: Shot at Morro Bay (Central California) of my friend Dan. Point and Shoot digital camera (Canon) in a waterproof housing AKA crude plastic bag. Minor exposure/ss control in "manual mode". Took several attempts. Kinda hard to take pictures while surfing. Ocean=not stable. I like the sheet of water coming off of his arm as he takes a stroke. If ya like this I have a couple other water shots with my camera in a plastic bag. ALOHA! :)

Surfing Paradise by ~bfsurfer94 I used to be a sucker for sunsets. I live near Malibu. We have many beautiful sunsets. The fact this deviant used a plastic bag over a point and shoot just amazes me and reinforces the fact that it doesn't matter what you use to make your art. I tried surfing once. I don't like the taste of sand, though. (Suggested by ~Royksopp and Featured by `cweeks)

Awesome shot. I surf Morro pretty regularly. I've been wanting to get some surf shots from there for quite awhile, haven't found the time yet.

Rumor has it the surf is going to be big tomorrow (3/10/05) I'll be at the rock most likely with my 300mm. Maybe I'll see ya there.
